On average, we require around 7 days from the time you commission us to deliver the first qualified candidates. During this period, we begin sourcing and conduct initial interviews.
We always hold a first round interview via Microsoft Teams to assess the candidate’s qualifications and ensure alignment with your requirements. Only after this step do we send you a fully completed candidate profile, including all relevant documentation and background information.
We combine our hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology to find the right candidates.
Using AI-driven tools, we identify potential matches based on targeted keywords. These tools provide us with relevant profiles, social media links, and direct contact details.
From there, we select the most strategic way to reach out, inform the candidate, schedule an interview, and—if the match is right—submit their profile to you.

Yes, our service comes at no cost and with no obligation upfront. We operate strictly on a success-fee basis. Only after a candidate we have recommended is hired will we issue an invoice. Our placement fee is significantly below the industry average, typically between 17% and 20%.
Yes, we offer a free replacement as a standard for every position. This means that if a placed candidate—regardless of the reason—leaves your company within six months, we will restart the entire process at no additional cost.
We will continue working until a suitable replacement is found that meets your expectations.
You can rely on us. In addition to a professional approach, you can be confident that you will receive suitable profiles for every position you need to fill. We work on a successbased model, meaning there are no costs for you as the client upfront. Fees are only charged after a successful hire.
Furthermore, we offer a free replacement guarantee should a placed candidate leave your company within six months. You will have a dedicated contact person and will always be valued as a client.
