The provider operates under the consulting license issued by the International Free Zone
Authority (IFZA) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and ensures that all services are provided
in compliance with the laws of the UAE. The provider does not act as a licensed recruitment or employment agency in the UAE and does not assume responsibility for:

• Negotiating employment contracts,

• Executing employment agreements on behalf of any party,

• Representing candidates in legal or financial matters.

The provider’s services in the UAE are limited to talent scouting and candidate introduction on a consulting basis, without engaging in the hiring process or contract negotiations.

International Recruitment: In Europe and other countries where the provider operates, the
provider acts as a recruitment agency and provides recruitment services in accordance with the applicable local laws and regulations.

The provider does not guarantee the hiring or performance of any introduced candidate. The client is solely responsible for the evaluation, selection, and hiring of candidates and for any related contractual obligations.
