1. Scope of Service

RecruitKing provides international headhunting and recruitment services on a success-based model.
By engaging with RecruitKing — including requesting candidate introductions, interviews, or CVs — the Client automatically accepts these Terms & Conditions.

RecruitKing utilizes social-media performance recruiting to deliver highly qualified candidates within the first ten (10) days of the recruitment process. All candidate profiles and related materials remain the property of RecruitKing and must be treated as strictly confidential.

If a candidate introduced by RecruitKing is hired by the Client — or any company affiliated with the Client — within 365 days of the introduction, this will be considered a successful placement.

2. Placement Fees and Payment Terms

RecruitKing charges a success fee of 15 % of the candidate’s annual gross salary for each successful placement.

The placement fee becomes due immediately upon signing of the employment contract between the Client and the candidate — regardless of any probation period or internal employment terms.

Invoices are payable to RecruitKing within seven (7) days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to statutory interest charges.

3. Guarantees

RecruitKing guarantees to present qualified and relevant candidates within ten (10) days of the recruitment project start.

If a placed candidate resigns or is terminated within twelve (6) months due to unsatisfactory performance, RecruitKing will restart the search and propose a suitable replacement free of charge.RecruitKing reserves the right to deny a free replacement if the termination is unrelated to the candidate’s performance or if contractual obligations (e.g. payment of the original invoice) have not been fulfilled.

4. Confidentiality

All candidate information shared by RecruitKing must remain confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties.If the Client — or any related company — hires a candidate introduced by RecruitKing within 365 days of the initial presentation, the placement fee becomes payable as described above.

5. Travel Expenses

All travel or interview-related expenses (e.g. flights, hotels, accommodation) are to be covered directly by the Client and must be pre-approved before any arrangements are made.

6. Termination & Validity

Either party may terminate a search engagement at any time in writing.However, this agreement remains valid for 365 days after termination for any candidates previously introduced by RecruitKing.If a referred candidate is later hired or forwarded to a third party, the placement fee remains due.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany or, for clients based in the United Arab Emirates, by the laws of the UAE. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered business location of RecruitKing.

RecruitKing may, at its discretion, also bring action at the client’s place of business.
